Dating tip of the week...

Go where there are quantities of the opposite sex. We always recommend fishing in a well stocked pond. We told you about the lady who went to Toastmaster meetings and found it was almost always men. She discovered there were several different groups that met around the metropolitan area on several different days. Another tells me about having great success at golf driving ranges, which it turns out are almost all men.
Men need to figure out where there are large quantities of women with hardly any men.
Did you know they have quilting conventions around the country, I have a married friend who goes to those as part of his business, (he is married) but says it is 95% women and would be a great place to meet women.

When in England I noticed some interesting three dimensional pictures in a craft shop and they were having a class on how to make them starting in 15 minutes. So I took the class. Learned how to do it, and noticed the rest of the class was all women. Easy place to get acquainted, we were all sitting there side by side and sort of a natural place to talk and get acquainted. That is the sort of thing you guys are looking for.

When going for a walk in the park, if you'd like an opportunity to meet people, take the dog on a leash for a walk. If you don't have a dog, borrow your neighbor's. Dogs always need exercise; the neighbor will appreciate it, the dog will appreciate, and your chances of meeting new people and getting a conversation started are at least tripled. Remember, wherever you go -- always have a prop to help get conversations started. In this case, the dog is the prop!
